Gold Coast Abode is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, in Broadbeach Waters, Surfers Paradise overlooking tranquil waterways, with a beautiful pool and two amazing outdoor areas which are just perfect for alfresco dining, tropical open air living and relaxing with family and friends.  Enjoy sitting back with a chilled glass of wine and watch the world go by or play a round of pool while the children laugh and play on the swing or just kick a ball around in the secure flat grass area.

 

This fabulous house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, (max 10 adults) with its 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and four living areas, which is perfect for families wanting to holiday together on the Gold Coast.

 

The stunning entry leads to an immaculate open-plan living area.  This contains a leather lounge, dining table and a 55 inch TV.  This area opens up to both pool or waterfront by three sets of sliding doors.   The kitchen is very well equipped with quality utensils, pots and pans, plastic wear for the children and pool area, loads of crockery and cutlery etc.  A wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, rice cooker, blender and large fridge/freezer etc will make any cook delighted!  Extra 'Mans' fridge/freezer is located on the deck to keep the drinks cold.

 

With its amazing outlook, brilliant location this single level, fully air-conditioned dwelling is truly beautifully appointed with quality fittings and fixtures and has everything required for a restful and relaxing stay.  All linen including beach towels and extra bath towels etc is supplied.  Just pack your person items, buy food / drink and let your holiday begin!  Your car(s) x 2 are secure in the double lock up carport with the whole property fully fenced for parents piece of mind.

 

A Baby package - including portacot, mattress, linen, highchair and stroller are available for a small fee.  These are CLEAN and quality items.

 

The pontoon which is only meters to the Main River with ocean access is ready to received your boat, or hire one.  Try catching your evening meal of fresh fish and mud crabs - rods and crab pots supplied for your enjoyment.

 

Pricing starts from AUD$599 a night for a standard family of 5 guests in the low season- extra guests are a small fee.   Peak holiday time can be up to AUD$1500 a night up to 12-14 guests.   All stays have a AUD$390 linen hire/departure clean added to the nightly rate. To secure your booking at deposit is required with the balance payable 30 days before your arrival.  We accept Visa/MasterCard with a 2.5% bank surcharge or EFT.  A refundable bond of between $500 to $2000 is required a few days before your arrival.  This bond is returned within 3 days of your departure if all is in order. 

 

2 and 3 night weekend rates are a fixed price and we do not accept groups of young people, schoolies, weddings, any functions or parties as we are located in a quiet residential area and offer family accommodation.
